Cottage cheese protein chocolate waffles

Ah, waffles… A treat I have firstly tried 1 year ago. Yeah I know I am crazy because I had tried it only a year ago, but to make up for that I have been making so many different combos a brought the waffle recipe to a next level 😉

Although the regular Belgian waffles are really delicious, how would you feel if someone told you that you can make delicious chocolate protein waffles! Oh yeah! Not any kind of protein waffles, but made out of cottage cheese. Sounds strange? I know you think that it is not possible to make flourless protein waffles out of cheese, but it is. And you know what is the best part? They are super fluffy.

Most of the people think that crispy waffles are better, but not me. I love that fluffy pancakey texture in my mouth. 😛 Also somedays when I don’t have an idea what to make as my post workout meal, these waffles come in real handy. They are quick to make and have enough protein combined with quick carbs for them muscles to grow!

Sometimes I have a hard time waiting for them to cook and I eat the cooked ones before cooking all of them. HEHE! Just look at that piece of heaven. Ah! Ok, I will stop talking now and take you through the process of making these delicious, heavenly tasty COTTAGE CHEESE Chocolate PROTEIN WAFFLES.
