Chocolate chip muffins

  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 10g Natvia (Or Erythritol)
  • 25g cashew butter
  • 30g almond flour
  • 100g chickpeas
  • 1 whole egg
  • 50g banana
  • 60ml almond vanilla milk
  • 2 drops of Myprotein vanilla flavor drops
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20g sugar-free dark chocolate chips


  1. In a blender combine, chickpeas, natvia, protein powder, cashew butter, egg, almond milk, banana and flavor drops. Blend until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add in the flour, baking powder and the chocolate chips. Mix everything with a spoon. Then put the mixture aside to rest for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat up the oven to 200 degrees. Separate the mixture into 6 parts and put the mixture into the paper muffin shapes. Put the muffins in the oven to bake for 5 minutes on 200 degrees, and then lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake them for another 5-8 minutes.

  4. When the muffins are baked, pour over them some hot milk and let them cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.

Don't replace the flour with any other, because the recipe won't turn out right
