Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Fudge

Ingredients

  • 20g peanut butter
  • 300g chickpeas
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 10g rice flour
  • 15g dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Just put all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chunks) in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Put the batter into a bowl and mix in the chocolate chunks. Put a parchment paper into a bowl/ square dish and press in the batter.

  3. Put the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes for the batter to thicken. After 10 minutes, take out the batter from the dish and cut it into 12 mini squares.

Recipe Notes

I use the vegan protein powder from Sunwarrior and I don't know if the recipe will work with the whey protein.
