Chocolate doughnuts (GF, refined sugar-free, easy)

Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g gluten-free universal flour mix
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 30g almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 50g banana
  • 230ml vanilla almond milk
  • 20g sugar of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and spray doughnut pans with coconut oil spray. 

  2. Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Pour wet into dry and fold in with a spatula.
  3. Use a piping bag or spoon your batter into the doughnut pans and bake them for 10 minutes. Let them cool on a rack for 5 minutes and enjoy!
