In a separate bowl add the oat and almond flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Add the banana, dates, sugar and milk. Blend everything until you get a smooth texture.
Add half of the mixture from the blender into the bowl with your flour and mix everything well. One you got a thick paste, set the mixture into a pan with baking paper and then pour over the rest of the mixture from the blender.
In a bowl combine the ingredients and mix them until you get a crumbly paste. Pour it over the cake and put the cake in the oven to bake for 20 minutes on 170 degrees.
