Autumn vibe Pumpkin spice soup

Easy heartwarming soup perfect for the cold weather and some warm vibes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g butternut squash
  • 100g frozen yellow beans
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic

Instructions

  1. Add water into the pot (around half a liter) and add in the cut vegetables and oil

  2. Cook everything for 15 minutes on medium heat and in the end add in the spices.

  3. Once the soup is cooked, blend everything in a blender and serve it while it is hot :)
