300 calorie gluten-free Mc Menu chicken wrap with fries

If you are a fan of Mc Donalds, but still want to stay on track and eat healthily, this recipe will be the right choice for you. It is only 300 calorie and it tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 15g coconut flour (not flakes)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 150ml pasteurised liquid egg whites (or 3 egg whites)
  • 150g parsnip cut in slices
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 80g grilled chicken breast
  • 20g grated carrot
  • hand full lettuce or other green
  • 2 tbsp low calorie garlic sauce
  • 1 slice vegan violife cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender and let it sit for 5 minutes to combine well. Heat up a pan to low heat and brush it with some coconut oil. When it heats up add in enough natter to cover the whole bottom of the pan. Cook the tortilla until you are able to separate the sides of the pan. Flip the wrap on the other side and cook for another 40 seconds. Repeat everything 5 more times until you use all the batter.

  2. Heat up the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the parsnips int slices and put them in a small bowl. In a small cup combine the garlic, black pepper and salt with some water. Mix well, then add everything to the bowl with parsnips. Roll them into the spice blend.

  3. When done with that, take one by one parsnip stick and place it on to the baking paper. Then place the parsnips in the oven to bake for 15 minutes on one side, and after that flip them on the other side for extra 2-3 minutes.

  4. Take the tortillas and add in the grilled chicken, grated carrot, some garlic sauce, and greens. Wrap everything with aluminum foil or baking paper. Serve the wrap with the fries and extra garlic sauce.
