My favorite vegan chocolate ice cream! Made with almond milk, cacao powder, silken tofu and vegan protein powder. Dairy-free, healthy and so YUM!
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a really smooth and creamy texture.
After you blend all of the ingredients well, you can leave the ice cream in the fridge to cool a bit longer or you can add your favorite toppings and dig in :)
