Shvatit ćeš to jednog dana - sreća nikada nije bila povezana s tvjim poslom, titulom ili odnosom/vezom ili s izgledom tvoga tijela. Potpuna sreća nikada nije bila u pratnji svih onih koji su došli pred vama;  nikad se nije radilo o tome da bude poput ostalih.  Jednog ćeš dana da je sreća uvijek bila povezana s otkrićem, nadom, osluškivanjem svog srca i njegovim praćenjem gdje god odlučio/la ići.  Sreća je uvijek povezana s dobrotom prema sebi; uvijek se radilo o zagrljaju osobe koju postaješ. Jednog dana shvatit ćeš da je sreća uvijek bila u tome da naučiš živjeti sa sobom te da tvoja sreća nikada nije bila u rukama drugih. Oduvijek se radilo o tebi. Samo o tebi.
    • INSECURITIES... Embrace them

Although my legs have always veen my “insecurities” I do have to say that today I am proud of the progress I have made. My legs have always been super long and tiny, mostly because of my genetics and my whole life I “hated” that. However, I have been working on improving my relationship with the picture I see in the mirror and I have been working really hard to build many parts of my body which I feel insecure with and I am proud of that. From this angle/shot my legs look strong but let me tell you that there is still a long road I need to go through to get to the point where I want to be. Will my current situation stop me? Will I get depressed because I am not there yet? Will I stop working on improving my relationship with myself and my body? NO! Neither should you. Trust me when I say that each of us has some kind of insecurities but accepting them and embracing them helps us grow and it helps us become stronger 🙏💪

PRIGRLITE SVOJE NESIGURNOSTI
Razlika između dviju poza, a ja ista osoba💁‍♀️Ne sudi knjigu po koricama
 Iako su mi noge uvijek spadale pod "nesigurnost", moram reći da sam danas ponosana na napredak koji sam postigla.
Cijeli sam svoj život “patila” zbog činjenice da imam duge i tanke noge iako je to mnogima divno, ali eto, kako svatko od nas može sebi bez razloga pronaći manu, tako da i ja samoj sebi našla neke. 🤦‍♀️ I dan danas radim na poboljšanju svog stava prema slici koju vidim u ogledalu, neću nikoga lagati, ali moja su trenutna pozicija i odnos prema sebi bolji za 67% nego što su bili. Naravno, rad na sebi, a pogotovo pronalazak sebe u teretani su mi znatno oko toga pomogli 😇Iz ovog bližeg kuta / poze mpje noge izgledaju super, a uz malo pozinga i sam veći kompleks, ali istina je ta da imam još za raditi kako bih došla do točke u kojoj želim biti. Hoće li me zaustaviti to što još nisam tamo stigla i ne znam lada ću stići? Hoću li pasti u depresiju zbog neizvjesnosti?  Hoću li prestati raditi na poboljšanju odnosa prema sebi i svom tijelu?  Naravno da ne 🙏
    • PROTEIN FLUFF CREPES
2 whole eggs
70ml of @prozis egg whites
1/2 scoop of whey @biotechusa protein powder
1/3 tsp of cinnamon
30g of gluten free oat or coconu flour
30g of protein quark

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Add whey, quark, flour, cinnamon into the yolks and mix well. 
Beat the egg whites into fluff and then gently add a bit of the egg white mixture I to the bowl with the other ingredients. Gently keep folding the whites into the mixture (WITH A SPOON!) until you combine both mixtures. Heat up a NON-STICK pan, add some oil in it, and spread 3 tbsp of the mixture on top. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes on each side (until you are able to separate the pancake from the bottom of the pan.) Stuff the crepes with your favorite toppings.

MEKANE PROTEINSKE ČINKE
2 cijela jaja
70ml bjelanjaka @prozis
1/2 mjerice proteina okus vanilije @biotechusa
1/3 žlice cimeta
30 g zobi ili kokosovog brašna bez glutena
30g proteinskog kvarka ⠀
Odvojite bjelanjke i žumanjke.  U žumanjak dodajte sirutku, kvark, brašno, cimet i dobro izmiješajte.
Umutite bjelanjke u snijeg. Nakon toga lagano dodajte smjesu bjelanjaka u zdjelu s ostalim sastojcima.  Nježno nastavite dodatati i miješati bjelanjke u drugu smjesu (SA ŽLICOM!) dok ne sjedinite obje smjese. Zagrijte NON-STICK tavu, dodajte malo ulja i na nju rasporedite 3 žlice smjese.  Kuhajte činku s obje strane 2-3 minute (dok ne budete mogli odvojiti palačinku od dna tepsije.) Napunite palačinke omiljenim preljevima.

People constantly ask me:

How many calories do you eat?
How often do you train?
What are your macros, height and weight?
How many meals per day do you have?
...

And they always add a compliment with these questions (so thank you for that guys) but this is something we have to discuss. If I do tell you the answer do you think you will look like me? If yes, you are wrong. If I tell you that I eat 2900 kcals per day will you start eating the same amount as me? I don't really believe so. If I tell you my macros, will you consume them from the exact same foods as me? Impossible! So why comparing if ine size doesn’t fit all 😎
There is no need to compare ourselves to anyone around us because we are unique just the way we are. There is no other human on the plant which is the same as us. We might have a second half somewhere in the world which we have to find (platonic love) but a copy of us, there is none.

USPOREĐIVANJE... DAJEM TI OTPUST
 Ljudi me neprestano pitaju: ⠀
 Koliko kalorija jedeš?
 Koliko često treniraš?
 Koji su ti makrosi, visina i težina?
 Koliko obroka dnevno imaš? ... ⠀
Uvijek dodaju i kompliment uz ova pitanja🤗 (hval vam na tome), ali, usporedba je nešto o čemu moramo razgovarati.  Ako vam dam odgovor na sva pitanja, mislite li da ćete izgledati poput mene?  Ako isto smatrate, niste u pravu.  Ako vam kažem da jedem 2900 kcal dnevno, hoćete li početi jesti istu količinu kao i ja?  Ne vjerujem u to.  Ako vam kažem svoje makrose, hoćete li ih konzumirati iz iste hrane kao i ja?  Nemoguće!  Pa zašto onda uspoređivanje?! Nema potrebe uspoređivati ​​se s bilo kime oko nas jer smo jedinstveni upravo takvi kakvi jesmo.  Na svijetu nema drugog čovjeka koji je isti kao i mi.  Mogli bismo imati drugu (bolju) polovicu negdje u svijetu koju moramo pronaći (platonska ljubav), ali primjerak, isti poput nas, nema ga.

ZAPAMTI...
Zaljubi se u nekoga tko tr želi, nekoga tko te čeka, razumije.  Zaljubi se u nekoga tko ti pomaže i vodi te, tko ti je podrška, nada. Zaljubi se u onoga tko razgovara s tobom nakon svađe.  Zaljubi se u onoga kome nedostaješ i onoga koji želi biti s tobom.  Nemoj se zaljubiti samo u tijelo ili licem; ili u puku ideju zaljubljenosti.
    • SWEET POTATO PIZZA
- 280g of cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 40g oat flour
- 1 whole egg + egg white
- 150ml od @adezhrv almond milk
- 5g of olive oil
- salt, garlic powder, and oregano

Toppings 
60g of lactose-free grated cheese 
50g - 70g of @prozis ketchup

Heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the potato, add the other ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture on to a baking paper and bake the base for 30 minutes. Then take it out, add your toppings and bake for an extra 3-4 min. After baking, I added cabbage and yogurt (sauce I made) mixed with salt, garlic and a touch of sweetener.

PIZZA OD SLATKOG KRUMPIRA
- 280g kuhanog slatkog krumpira
- 40g zobenog brašna
- 1 cijelo jaje + bjelanjak
- 150ml @adezhrv bademovog mlijeka
- 5g maslinovog ulja
- sol, češnjak u prahu i origano

 60 naribanog tvrdog sira bez laktoze
 50g - 70g @prozis kečapa ⠀
Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva.  Vilicom sameljite krumpir, dodajte ostale sastojke i dobro promiješajte.  Stavite smjesu na papir za pečenje i pecite biskvit 30 minuta.  Zatim ga izvadite, dodajte preljeve i pecite dodatnih 3-4 min.  Nakon pečenja dodala sam kupus i jogurt (umak koji sam napravila) pomiješan sa soli, češnjakom i malo zaslađivača.
