Healthy and delicious don’t go together you say? Well, I don’t think so, and I will prove that with this recipe.
These delicious, moist, fluffy, fudgy muffins are only 150 calories each!! Usually, one muffin is around 240 and these ones are almost half of that.
Well, it is not all only about the calories. The reason why I love these muffins is that they contain all the good nutrients inside. They are made out of 8 ingredients and are really easy to make. I like to have 2-3 before my workout because they are a good source of complex carbs and clean protein.
Also, they are VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, AND DELICIOUS!
Another thing I do like to use in my baking recipes which makes the batter so moist and delicious is the nut butter. Any kind is good, but I love cashed or peanut butter. Incorporating even a tablespoon makes a big difference to the whole batter. Because of that, I try to put some of it inside each of my recipes 😛
Also, my favorite milk is from Alpro. They have delicious milk flavors which I truly LOVE! When baking I like to have that delicious taste of every ingredient of the recipe and with these milk brand, my recipes really taste delicious.
So I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I liked making them. Hit me up if you have any questions in the comments below, and I’ll see you in the next recipe post!

Healthy, guilt-free and delicious chocolate chip muffins which will bring you a whole new taste experience 🙂
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 10g Natvia (Or Erythritol)
- 25g cashew butter
- 30g almond flour
- 100g chickpeas
- 1 whole egg
- 50g banana
- 60ml almond vanilla milk
- 2 drops of Myprotein vanilla flavor drops
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 20g sugar-free dark chocolate chips
In a blender combine, chickpeas, natvia, protein powder, cashew butter, egg, almond milk, banana and flavor drops. Blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add in the flour, baking powder and the chocolate chips. Mix everything with a spoon. Then put the mixture aside to rest for 15 minutes.
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees. Separate the mixture into 6 parts and put the mixture into the paper muffin shapes. Put the muffins in the oven to bake for 5 minutes on 200 degrees, and then lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake them for another 5-8 minutes.
When the muffins are baked, pour over them some hot milk and let them cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
Don't replace the flour with any other, because the recipe won't turn out right
