Healthy chocolate-vanilla smoothie bowl

A simple 3 ingredient smoothie bowl. Simple to make at any time of the day and perfect for a sweet tooth

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen banana
  • 10 g vanilla protein powder
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into chunks and put it in the microwave to cook for 5 minutes. After it is cooked add it to a blender and blend everything until you get small chunks. Then leave it in the freezer to cool down for 10 minutes. 

    After 10 minutes have passed, add all ingredients (except the cocoa powder) to a blender and blend until smooth. Separate the 2 mixtures and add cocoa powder into one. 

    Add your favorite toppings and enjoy πŸ™‚
